I wasted 2 hours this morning trying to fix my computer only to later find that a particular online area from my work was currently down for maintenance.
I looked in my work forums under the tech support section to find everyone screeching about it. I'm thinking an en masse email to all of us would have been much better. grrrr
I will say that I'm grateful we DO have these online forums for employees. They're always busy and buzzing with news and not-news. Actually working in a virtual office, you just about have to take advantage of all the internet perks. IMs, video conference calls and meetings, powerpoint, excel, message boards and chat rooms.
