Time Out For Brunch

Last night's dinner was so good I'm having it again today for brunch.

Ingle's had some really good fruit and nut chicken salad in the deli yesterday. I've made chicken salad with nuts and fruit before, but this was dried fruit with almonds and pecans. Very tasty.

I added some brie, some crackers, and had dinner... and brunch.
