Pet Peeve

Well, one of my pet peeves. I can be so crabby sometimes. Ha! (sometimes?)

You know how you will be attending a meeting, at work or school or any other function, and it's running a little long and there's this one person (sometimes more than one) that wants to ask more and more questions so the original 1 hour meeting ends up running into 2 hours? Everyone's rolling their eyes and gathering their belongings hoping to will the meeting to be over and done with.

You must know what I'm talking about. It's an aggravation I ran across in the brick and mortar job life and I find it even exists in the work at home job life on my conference call meetings.

Okay. I'm all better now.

I hated meetings even if no one asked any questions.

I'm the one who gets up and walks out as soon as the stupid question gets asked....
"I have work to do," is how I excuse myself. My boss rarely has a problem with that.

I hated staff meetings for this very reason. And it's always the same people who go on and on and on and on and on...........

I went to one of those in-home parties where that happened, just last sunday. Yikes! and there was no place to run to!!
