Oh I am so familiar with the boppy. It is worth having one, though whether or not it really helps with nursing has alot to do with how a person is comfy holding the baby when they nurse - I couldn't use one at all with maya, but it was a great help-the-baby-sit thing. Molly Sky dug hers though. Assuredly, you'll end up with some boppy in your life! :)
