I was just recalling something I can now look back on and if not laugh at, I certainly find it oddly amusing...
Before Robin passed away (Nov 2005), Mother's telephone had an answering machine message on it with Robin's voice speaking. After she died, it never occurred to Mother or I to change the message or remove it! It was probably 6 months later that we came up from our clouded funk and unplugged the answering machine altogether. Looking back it must have been extra sad for others to call in and hear that message, but I'd like to think that Robin was laughing at me for being such an idiot. =)

**I just discovered that my host, Your-Site.com is down, which affects Easy Bake Coven. I guess you get what you pay for. They're very affordable; $18.00 per quarter or $60 a year. Anybody know of another host I could look into? A referral will help both of us!

hiya Susan!
Voices from the past. Interesting post. Do you ever play the tape to hear Robin? Do you have her on tape elsewhere?
yahoo does web-hosting for like 9.00 a month. I really should utilize the place I have over there. Not enough hours in the day.
Love love!

Thanks for your input, Cyber. I'm now leaning towards FREE with Blogger's free setup they now have.
Shirl: A little scary, but I'm going to try it soon.
Anon: Thanks a lot for weighing in. I've been reading a lot today about RouTHost and they seem pretty cool, especially @ 2.95 a month! You sold me. I also like that they're in NC. Will certainly look into them if I'm not satisfied with the FREE Blogger hosting I'm going to try out in the next week or two.
Thanks, All!
Shirl: Scary about moving all my stuff over to the free Blogger hosting, that is.
About listening to Robin's voice again, I don't know. Perhaps down the road I may. For now I still hear her voice singing softly in my ears.
