ALL STRESSED OUT AND NO ONE TO CHOKE

Perimenopause or premenopause is the time before actual menopause. This phase lasts 5 to 13 years & is when you experience most of the symptoms. SO much too look forward to, huh?? So much fun being a woman - either having the hell periods or going through the hell of menopause. We just can't win! Why do men get off so easy? Ummm... I mean not going through this hell. *snicker*

from over here on the "other side" . . . it does get easier. Not overnight, but day by day things mellow out. "Regrets, I have a few, but then again . . . "
