Finally, my diet is paying off. I've not been on a diet in at least twenty years, but the pounds have been slowly creeping up over the past years, and I decided besides normal exercising, I also needed to change my diet. Like yesterday. Tip: Do not weigh every day unless you crave disappointment. Since dilligently trimming the fat in my diet, I've lost SIX POUNDS. Not too shabby for just 5 weeks.
