Apartment For Rent
Our tennant is moving out today. We have a detached garage apartment that was with the house when we bought it. We had the option of asking her to leave or letting her stay on. So we had no problem with her staying. And she was dependable about paying us. There was a time when my husband had to talk to her about the possibility of her selling weed. He explained that we don't mind you smoking it, just don't sell it out of our apartment and get us all in trouble. That's not too much to ask, right? Anyway, she's moving and we'll probably rent it again, since we don't really need if for ourselves. Someday we will, but for now, $400 extra sure helps pay the mortgage each month.
